पहिला पाऊस (वर्णनात्मक निबंध )

मुद्दे : अति गरम, उष्ण आणि नकोसा झालेला उन्हाळा - पावसाची प्रतीक्षा - कडक उन्हाचा वातावरणावर झालेला परिणाम - वरुणाची आराधना - शेतकऱ्यांची केविलवाणी स्थिती - पावसाचे अचानक आगमन - आनंदाची लहर - पावसाचे रौद्र स्वरूप - पावसाने केलेली किमया - वातावरणातील सुखद बदल - पक्ष्यांचा आनंद - पावसाचे स्वागत - शेतकऱ्याची बदललेली मनस्थिती...
पाऊस किती लहरी असतो ना! जून महिन्याची सात तारीख सरली, तरीसुद्धा पावसाचा पत्ता नव्हता. एवढेच काय! आकाशामध्ये पावसाची कुठेच चिन्हेही दिसत नव्हती. उन्हाळ्यातील उकाड्याने सर्व माणसे पूर्णपणे बेजार झाली होती. नक्षत्र कोठे दडी मारून बसले होते? पृथ्वीवरील संपूर्ण जमिनीला मोठमोठ्या भेगा पडल्या होत्या. आजूबाजूच्या परिसरामध्ये उन्हाच्या गरम झळा आपले अस्तित्व जाणवून देत होत्या. वातावरणामध्ये उकाडा अतिशय वाढला होता. पावसाचे आगमन जस जसे लांबवत होते, तस तसे सर्व लोकांच्या तोंडचे पाणी पळत होते. वेगवेगळ्या प्रकारे अनेक लोक वरुणराजाची आराधना, पूजाअर्चा करत होते. शेतामध्ये नांगरनी करून शेतकरीराजा आकाशाकडे डोळे लावून बसला होता. ' कृपा करे मायबापा! किती वाट बघायला लावशील! काळी आई आसुसली आहे रे तुझ्यासाठी!'
एके दिवशी अचानक सभोवार अंधारुन आले. सोसाट्याचा वारा वाहू लागला. सर्वांच्या चेहऱ्यावर आनंदाची लहर उमटून गेली. मनावरून सुखाचे मोरपीस फिरवले. 'आला का रे तो घननीळ!' ..... आणि अचानक पाऊस कोसळू लागला. टपोरे थेंब सभोवार बरसू लागले. जमिनीवर येण्यास खूप वेळ झाल्यामुळे जणू त्यांना खाली येण्याची किंवा कोसळण्याची घाई झाली होती. हा काळ म्हणजे या ढगांचा तानसेन जणू मेघमल्हाराचा तान घेत असावा. धरतीवरती येण्यास बराच उशीर झाल्यामुळे तो लाजत असावा, म्हणून सतत अखंडपणे तो अविरत कोसळत होता. तीन तासानंतर पाऊस ओसरला. अचानक आला तसा अचानक थांबला सुद्धा.
केवडा किमयागार हा पहिला पाऊस! भोवतालच्या वातावरणात किती तरी कायापलट झाला होता. आकाशातील काळे अभ्र हरवले होते. आता आकाश स्वच्छ झाले होते. तृषार्त धरती नववधू सारखी दिसत होती. सतत पडणाऱ्या पावसामुळे घरात बसून त्रासलेले, हैराण झालेले लोक घराबाहेर पडत होते. झाडात दडलेली, पावसात भिजलेली पाखरे आपले पंख फडफडवून जणू वर्षाराणी चे आभार मानत होती. सारे वातावरण चैतन्यमय आणि प्रसन्न झाले होते. आकाशाकडे आशेने बघत बसलेल्या त्या शेतकऱ्यांचे डोळे डबडबले होते. आनंदाश्रू होते ते! असा हा किमयागार पहिला पाऊस!!

Kevada Alchemist is the first rain! The surrounding environment had changed a lot. The black clouds in the sky were lost. Now the sky was clear. The thirsty earth looked like a bride. People who were disturbed by the incessant rains were sitting outside the house. Hidden in the trees, the rain-soaked birds fluttered their wings as if to thank the rain queen. The whole atmosphere was lively and pleasant. The eyes of those farmers were staring hopefully at the sky. There were tears of joy! This is the first rain of this alchemist !!
